This research was conducted to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial culture on entrepreneurial intention, with entrepreneurial motivation serving as a mediating variable. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to active undergraduate students from universities that are part of Indonesian Association of Catholic Higher Education Institutions (APTIK), who have experience studying entrepreneurship, either through formal coursework or related activities. This study employed the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to examine the relationships among the variables. The results demonstrated that both entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial culture have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Furthermore, the findings confirmed that entrepreneurial motivation mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, as well as between entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial intention. This research contributes to the development of entrepreneurship education by highlighting the importance of motivational factors in shaping students’ entrepreneurial intentions and offering insights for educational institutions to design more effective, motivation-driven entrepreneurship programs. |
