Recognizing the critical significance of migration and multicultural churches and ministries as key components of the changing contexts and landscapes for Christian mission and evangelism in the 21st century, I am honoured to share with you some reflections. I would like to acknowledge that my participation in this wonderful pre-assembly mission event is primarily as a representative of the Ecumenical Network for Multicultural Ministries (ENFORMM). I draw your attention to our paper entitled "Churches in Ecumenical Transition: Towards Multicultural Ministry and Mission. (1) That paper informs many of my reflections here, as do some insights from my own experiences as an intercultural/multicultural practitioner in Canada.
