Explicitly, the Islamic criminal law and criminal law governing the death penalty Indonesia. Although not the same principle with Islamic criminal law, criminal law imposing the death penalty Indonesia cautiously and with the limits prescribed by law. With these restrictions is expected to offset the view between supporting and rejecting the death penalty in Indonesia. The death penalty in Islamic criminal law to protect the religion (al-din), soul (al-nafs), property (al-mal), reason (al-aql), and offspring (hifz al- nasl). The five basic human rights is a gift of Allah that must be protected, so if there is someone who violates basic human rights of the fifth then the appropriate punishment is death penalty.
