This essay is a research report on women access to reproduction facilities connected to pregnancy and birth making control, and the use of contraception in Riau Archipelago and Southeast Sulawes provinces. The research which applies qualitative method shows that health policy in both provinces has considered health service aspect, especially women access to reproductive facility. Nonetheless, there remain some constraints in providing further facility, health workers, supervisors and support staff, as well as political support from regional government and cultural support from the whole community.
