English language is one of the important language, because it is everywhere. In order to improve the language, with now there are plenty of social media platforms and applications which people could access it in anytime and anywhere, and those platforms are free, include the TikTok. However, there are many people who are still leaning and improving the language. So in this study, it is about investigating the perceptions of all students from Faculty of Education and Language from 2021 until 2024, which is about enhancing motivation in learning English using the TikTok Application. The data was collected using questionnaire in likert scale, which were in 4 choices to choose, from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree, from 7 categories, which were TikTok Usage, Interest/Enjoyment, Perceived Competence, Effort/Importance, Pressure/Tension, Perceived Choice, and Value/Usefulness using the Google Form platform, and the result is Positive, which 46 participants agreed that TikTok application can motivate them in learning English. |
