Maximum performance is the main goal of a program called the employee assistance program. The main contribution of this program is to help address the problems experienced by the employees, which in turn interfere with productivity. Initially, the program aims to help employees who are addicted to alcohol so that its performance tends to decline. However, this time addressed issues already widespread. In this case it takes the attention of the leadership of the company to assist troubled employees through coaching and counseling, guidance and an open attitude to always listen to grievances of the employees. This paper focuses on the development of programs and benefits are primarily for employee performance improvement that will impact the company's overall performance. The benefits of the implementation of this program will continue if the company is to maintain the well, that continue to conduct periodic and continuous which can also be regarded as an effort to maintain high performance. This is consistent with the viewpoint that the employee is an asset that must also be treated, cared for and are kept to show their best performance.
