This research examines the influence between the company's culture, e.g. flexibility and control, and the variety of measurement systems that take place in the company which mediates the variability management measurement system. The variable measurement system considers focus, monitoring, strategic decision making and legitimacy using 107 samples consisting of managers in the manufacturing businesses residing in West Java tested by two ways Anova and the structural equation model (structured equation modeling/SEM) with the AMOS program. The result of the hypothesis examination is as follows: In general the influence between organizational culture and the different performance measurements of the company are not significance, however partially the relationship between organizational culture mediated by the performance measurement system consisting of: focus towards attention, decision making, legitimation, are all significant, except for the supervision which does not show the mediating relationship between the type of culture with the different performance measurement system.
