The use of FM radio frequency allocation must be managed. The management is based on radio surveillance. One of the most important informationin the radio surveillance is the position used to locate the radio. The research aims to produce location mapping for the FM radio surveillance system based on geography information system (GIS) The location mapping program works to obtain location data, position data conversation, digital mapping, and the calculation of the distance between transmission and service location. The data position were obtained using GPS tool which provides latitude and logitude coordinates. These coordinates were converted into x and y axis to be displayed in the digital map. Besides the radio position display in the digital map, the program also calculates the distance based on the latitude and longitude coordinates. This visualization is in the form of a digital map displaying GPS measurement data, such as measurement location and FM radio location and transmitting distance, coverage area for each radio stations in Yogyakarta area. This location mapping program was used to obtain position data of 20 FM radio stationss and 3 service locations scattered in Yogyakarta. From position data, it is know that the average difference is longitude coordinate of 0,00019 and latitude coordinate of 0,00009. The average difference of the calculation is 386,64 meter.
