This research aims to reveal sosiopsychological problems that potentially will disturb student's developmental tasks, especially student's learning activity. The data were collected from 447 of fifth and sixth grade of elementary students in six elementary schools in Yogyakarta province in 2011 using an instrument namely Elementary Student's Sociopsychological Problems Inventory that arranged based on Mooney Problem Check List Concept. This research result show that: (1) eighty percent of elementary students be through sociopsychological problems disturbing them at undergo moderat level to very serious; (2) there are thirty items of sociopsychological problems identified disturb ance to very serious disturb ance ranging from concentrated in learning activity area, social activity, and values/ethic (character) area; and (3) intensity rank of sociopsychological problems in each of elementary school is varied.
