Isi artikelIt is a common belief that a law theory cannot be disentangled from its temporal environment. Hence law theories like nature law theories, are never everlasting. Surprisingly however a nature law theory which was well accepted during the Greek and Roman period, but later vanished in the nineteenth century, has been revived in the present century. Research conducted with falsification and a scientific revlution approach revealed the fact that nature law could be everlasting due to the following reasons. It attains to a mere small portion of law, and its role lies in between law and moral.
