Typhoid fever is a sustemic infection caused by the bacterium Salmonella typhi. The bacterium can produce endotoxins affecting hematological examination results and stimulate fever in patients with typhoid. This study aims to determine the correlation between fever and hematological examination results in patients with typhoid fever. This study was a retrospective descriptive analytical approach. The samples were from medical record of the patients with typhoid fever during Januari-December 2009 which is 135 medical record. The medical report that suitable to inclusi criteria were 31. The result from this study were subfebris typhoid fever patients 68 % normal hemoglobin rate 77%, normal leukocyte count 65%, and normal thrombocyte count 71 %. The analysis done with chi square and fisher. Analysis results are the rate of the rate of fever with hemoglobin p=1000 and the rate of fever with thrombocyte concentration p= 0.677. From the test we could conclude that there is no relationship between fever with hematological examination results in patients with typhoid fever
