PT. Tanjung Raya Plywood is a company which active in wood processing. Regulation The Minister of about occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) (No. Per.5/1996) mentions that every company employing labour counted on hundred or more and contains dangerous potency is most to apply OSHMS. PT. Tanjung Raya Plywood has not apply policy of OHS in writing. The purpose of this research to know level of influence OSHMS covering commitment and policy OSH, planning OSH, applying OSH, measurement and evaluation, and review by management to work productivity of supervisor either parsially and also simultan. This research is descriptive research and verificatif survey. Measurment of OSHMS is done by using quetionare given to 40 responders is overall of supervisor in part of production, while production superintendent. Result of research indicates that parsially five variables OSHMS influential in significan to productivity supervisor with value tval successively (6,031; 3,436; 2,270; 2,107; 2,055) > ttab (2,02). In (2,37). Result of linear regression analysis trust level of 95% indicates that OSHMS to give contribution 98,2% to work productivity of supervisor. Based on linier multiple regression analyze that OSHMS in haves a effecting to increase work producitivity of supervisor part of production at PT. Tanjung Raya Plywood.
