Isi artikelMetal oxide of Aurivillius homologous series types Bi3Ti1,5W0,5O9,PbBi3Ti2,5W0,5O12 and Pb2Bi3Ti3,5W0,5O15 had been synthesized with range of temperature were 900-950C using solid phase state reaction method. Difractogram analysis X-ray diffraction (XRD) will be compared with database PDF (Powder Diffraction File) using Phasanx program and tracing of diffraction pattern using Rietica program with Rietveld method. The result showed that unit cell parameter for the Aurivillius Bi3Ti1,5W0,5O9 two layers were a = 5.3234 A; b=5.4535 A; c=251906 A with space group A21am and orthorombic crystal system. Unit-cell parameter for the Aurevillius oxide of PbBi3Ti2,5W0,5O12 three layerswere a= 5.4567 A; b=5.6543 A; c=36.9674 A with space group B2CB and orthorombic crystal system. Unit-cell parameter for the Aurivillius oxide of Pb2Bi3Ti3,5W0,5O15 four layers were a=5.2453 A; b=5.5363A;c=41.6342 A with space group A@1am and orthorombic crystal system. Based on ferroelectric properties measurment showed that the syntesis result of Aurevilliurs oxide type Bi3Ti1,5W0,5O9 (BTW two layers), PbBi3Ti2,5W0,5O12 ( PBTW three layers) and Pb2Bi3Ti3,5W0,5O15 (PBTW four layers) have hysteresis loop. Value of remanent polarization Pr (+) of each for Aurevillius oxide type BTW two layers was 4.8 C/cm2; Aurevillius oxide type PBTW three layers was 24.9 C/cm2 and Aurevillius oxide type PBTW four layers was 12.4 C/cm2, value Kef and Capacities were 334.786 and 456,546 nF for Bi3Ti1,5W0,5O9;665.019 and 567,976 for PbBi3Ti2,5W0,5O12 where as 423.132 and 489,788 nF for Pb2Bi3Ti3,5W0,5O15.
