House is a structural phonema which form and organize by influence of cultural environment which dweller living. The basic of settlement environment which dweller behavior is distance between house and location of the house from their environment, these are matter that impact privacy of the dweller. The characteristic of military housing, is a product of planning dwelling environment which base from the military concept that divide block refers to military hierarchy (officer, herald, private) giving the different of space characteristic with other dwelling. This research aims to figure out space form on the dwelling which arranged by psychology architecture and also to know the role of social culture factor, and setting of housing influenced the privacy and teritory of dweller in each strata. Behavioral approach will analyze in quantitative method in order to formulated characteristic of population. In this context, architecture accepted as a part of totaly social system which being coherence with another social variable. The result of this research, found that kinship of dweller in military housing shown the close social interaction in their community environment of their strata. Tolerance base on social value and dweller background as a soldier also become factor that influence dweller to live and adaptive in this environment. The different of space perception related with privacy in "officer strata" and "herald-private strate" show that a higher strata need a higher privacy.
