Medical commitee at hospital is an organization of medical staff which is non - structural and idnependent, having its own states and rules of associations. Its objectices are to protect patients, interest and safety, to assure a high quality of medical service, to aim at the implementation of education, research and evelopment as well as to improve professional capability of medical staggs. The medical committee policies are taken by joint meeting of tripartite viz. governing body, hospital executive and medical committee to be implemented in daily operational at the hospital accoring to term and condition at the place. However, in order to be effective and efficient, the policy should be decided by director of hospital.
