The government is facing many problems regarding the demand for reformation of the bureaucracy by several people, specifically for improving the quality of the public service. Being one of the providers of public service, the government is requested to preserve its good service performance as well as the quality of its service products. Besides these factors, the leadership factor at the service organizations has an important role. Via an effective leadership the execution of an effective organization is guaranteed. Based on these though, this paper has conducted a survey about the service of business permit at the Tangerang municipal. This study has focused on the management information system's aspect, on the service performance, the leadership relating to public satisfaction, There are a few sampling methods used by the writer, among which, through the distribution of questioners, interview, direct observation, and conducting a library study. Whereas, the data collected will be analyzed using the regression analysis method, correlation analysis, and the chi square test. The result and the conclusion of the analysis of the data collected by the writer, show that there is a significant between the study's variables. Therefore it can be concluded that factors such as the management information system, the service performance, and leadership have a significant influence towards the public satisfaction.
