The use of interactive multimedia materials has become more popular in the teaching and learning activity. Despite its popularity, issues remain. Evidence showed that multimedia materials are often not designed with respect to guidelines and some have never been evaluated. Acknowledging that problems still occur raises awareness on how crucial it is to evaluate multimedia materials. Therefore, this study aimed to provide a descriptive evaluation of interactive multimedia on Possessive Adjectives and Possessive Pronouns topic using LORI. This study focused on evaluating the interactive multimedia in regard to four criteria from LORI 2.0, namely Content Quality, Learning Goal Alignment, Presentation Design, and Interaction Usability. The data gathered from the study is learning objects (LOs), such as texts, audio, visual, and animation, derived from the interactive multimedia. The findings from the study showed that most of the LOs in the interactive multimedia were perceived as well-designed based on four criteria from LORI. Nonetheless, the interactive multimedia still needs few improvements in terms of Learning Goal Alignment and Presentation Design criteria. |
