Abstract
Kukulup is a business in the food & beverages industry; more specifically in the field of latte coffees where the main value offered is latte coffee with quality equaling to a café but with more efficient and effective values. Kukulup's vision is to become the best coffee company by prioritizing customer satisfaction and welfare for owners and employees while still prioritizing innovation and company-trusted values, while Kukulup's mission is to provide packaged coffee products that considers quality and taste for customer satisfaction. Market analysis was done with data collected through the distribution of online surveys with Google Forms. The data was then analyzed using Porter's Five Forces Model, SWOT matrix, and marketing mix (4P). The calculation of the financial plan indicated that the Kukulup is feasible to run with a Net Present Value of Rp144,649,469.00 with a Payback Period of 9 months.
