The purpose of this study is to provide evidence of existence trustees’ report for the social entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Trustees’ Report that sets out the organization’s principal aims and objectives (and the progress made in fulfilling them during the past year) as well as its structure, governance and management arrangements (including a statement of the trustees’ responsibilities). It may also include a brief financial review and a note of future plans and objectives. Social entrepreneurship like Ashoka Indonesia or social entrepreneurship is incorporated in the fellow, basically makes the financial statements, but not used the accounting standards for non-profit company. The financial statements are presented more to get the amount of funds received and expenditures are used. Qualitative reports inseparable of the report produced by the social entrepreneurship is a report that provides information on the effectiveness of social programs implemented.
