Isi artikel
Global finance crisis remains in the critical stage with continuous deleveraging becomes the near term risk that needs to be addressed in a concerted effort. At the same time, global financial sector also needs to address the new regulatory reforms as part of global commitments to bolster financial stability. Unless managed properly, implementation of the reforms in the current adverse juncture may create unintended consequences. Thus, manageability of the reforms is a pertinent issue, and the way to mitigate unintended consequences need global consensus and re-thought, without questioning the need to the reforms and their phasing in arrangements.
