Management accounting has been playing an increasing role in the last decade since information that managers need not only pertains to score keeping but also to attention directing that eventually leads to problem solving. Keen competition, rarity of resources and the speed of the technological growth compel managers to be more dynamic and extra responsive in taking advantage of situations and making speedy decisions. To do so managers need management accounting data. This new type of accoutning is not widely known in the community by has been taught now at universities.
