Mobility entails problems of self adjustment, both socially and geographically. Social self adjustment is harder to make by those who are very mobile because not only do they have to adjust to the new groups but they also have to adopt new values and patterns of behaviour as part of their being. Mobility also involves interpersonal relationship. Human beings have three types of interpersonal needs : a) needs for inclusion, b) needs for control, and c) needs for affection. These needs can be explained overtly and covertly.
