Having access to information online, especially on this pandemic, is really important for every single individual in the world. Online learning has been implemented to make sure that every student can still learn even from their home and one of the ways to learn online is using an online learning module. Learning modules that are made have to provide a good quality of content for students. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the online English module “Bright Future” made by the batch of 2018 Department of English Language Education’s students of Atma Jaya Catholic University Indonesia. The instrument that is used is an evaluation rubric adapted from Panduan Penjaminan Mutu Konten Pendidikan Jarak Jauh Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta that referred to the Learning Object Review Instrument (LORI). The result of the study showed the content quality of the online English module “Bright Future” is good with an overall mean score of 3,125. However, there are several aspects that still need improvement such as accuracy, erroneous, reusability, instructional, and referencial aspects in topic 1, the erroneous, instructional, referencial, and cultural and ethnic representation aspects in topic 2, the erroneous aspect in topic 3, and the biasness aspect in topic 4. At the end, the suggestion for further research is stated. |
