The application of ISO 9001:2008 is to creating products and services with stable quality, in line with customer requirements. The standards focusing on guiding organizations and businesses establish and maintain a system of administrative posts, the distribution closely with the responsibilities and powers of each member with all the processes and procedures towards ... led the work to minimize the errors that affect product quality. The perfect systems such a will, thus, inevitably create products and services with stable quality to meet customer requirements. Base on the functions and the development orientation of the University, strengthening the organizational structure of University, promoting independence and autonomy in the training activities of the units towards the conversion of organizational model for University operating under the University principles issued by the Prime Minister. Appling quality system under ISO 9001:2008 will provide clear evidence to prove the quality of products and services of the University and demonstrate to clients that the University's activities are all controlled. Quality system also provides data used in determining the (productivity) of the process, the output parameters in order to constantly improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
