Isi artikelBackground: The research is aim to analyze ammonium oxalate and calcium chloride's role in forming calcium oxalate in vitro. This research also analyzes the growth of calcium oxalate in vitro wed physic material method, in order to make an analogy with in vivo condition. Methods: The physic material method that had been wed was SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), and XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence). In this research, we used 500 ml aquabidest (free ion environment). Besides CaCl2 2H20 supplement 1 drop/5 second with concentration (0,25%-4%) and ammonium oxalate with (l%-4 %) concentration with vemeulen method which is modified. Results: If Mg relatively higher, Ca compound relatively smaller and the con- trary. This data indicates that Mg will reduce Ca compound. Gall bladder stone morphology from observation result can be grouped this way. For CaPO4 crys- tal can be formed little sticks, also can be formed like a group of amorphs with little granul. On the other side for calcium carbonat sample with varies supple- ment concentration CaCl2 2H20 (0,25 %-4 %), (NH4)2C204H20 (1%-4%) in seedless medium, and different seed medium based on SEM measurement. Look like the morphology hs different pattern. It means there is crystal growth, eventhough the process relatively short. The composition of calcium is always dominant. The solution had been analyzed with considering calcium ion which is realized from that materials (negative absorption) or absorpted by that mate- rials (positive absorption). From experiment before with different supplement concentration, compound which is found in presipitant is calcium oxalat in whywelite and weddelite. Conclusions: The result of this study indicate that there is a relationship be- tween the levels of Mg and Ca. When the level of Mg is high then the level of Ca tends to be lower, vice versa.
