The innovation model of vocational training in Vietnam has been established to meet the demands of enterprises in supplying human resource quality. The drastic improvement of the existing methodology and quality assurance for training in both college and company. A quality management system is a mechanism to ensure a consistently high quality of the graduators. There is a need to develop such a system for the vocational training sector. The authors report research results in collaboration of Long Bien vocational college with 14 garment factories in Garco 10 Corporation to develop a quality management system model for the vocational training in college and company. This paper describes the training model and details its application. We also discuss the significance of the model and future issues.
