Isi artikelNowadays, food safety is receiving a big attention of the whole society. Many companies in the world as well as in Vietnam have made great efforts to assure safety food supplying for consumers. There are some model, which has been studied and widely applied into production and sale of food such as GMP, HACCP, GHP…. GAP is the one of these models and very suitable to manage the comprehensive sanitary and safety of food in stages from the field to ford. The article focuses on making clearly basic criteria of GAP and how to apply it to Vietnam. The authors formed a research group in collaboration with Van Duc Co-operative in Gia Lam Hanoi to study of GAP application. As a result, the necessary conditions, application possibilities as well as solutions to successful applying it in business in order to assure safety and sanitary of fresh vegetables production and doing business in Vietnam will be identified.
