ISO is an international management system, in which the training quality is ensured for the labor market. Application of ISO to training management is a step enabling Sao Do University to improve training quality, and prestige with the society. With the management system ISO 9001:2008, Board of Directors, all the teachers, staff, students of Sao Do University commit to carry out all the tasks with the procedures, instructions which are promulgated in each area of work. With the target of constant improvement of training quality to meet the demand of the society for regional and international integration and recognition. Sao Do University’s all attention is to students. Such methods for quality improvement as provision of further training for teaching staff, investment of modern facilities, teaching and learning material updating….. To gain these achievements, Sao Do University has maintained and successfully, effectively implemented ISO 9001: 2008 since 2006. The report focuses on the factors directly affecting the methods for quality improvements as follows - Conducting surveys on qualifications of students graduated from Sao Do University. - Conducting surveys on suitability between training and working practice - Conducting surveys on the content of students with teaching reality of teachers. In conclusion, to apply ISO 9001:2008 to training management is a must for constant quality training, trade mark protection and sustainable development of Sao Do University. This is also the key to development and integration.
