The paper discuss on demand of schools and businesses surrounding the enhancement of educational quality with the aims that undergraduate students can find suitable job right after graduation and recruiters can possess qualified candidates who are adaptable quickly to assigned jobs. Real situation of educational quality in Viet Nam is shown by gap analysis based on statistics concerning requirements of educational institutions, businesses and learners through the investigations of academic group and group of recruiters. The first group includes 2 colleges, 2 universities and the second one includes 3 state companies, 5 foreign companies. From the survey results, the author recommends solutions to reduce the gap between the expectation and the reality. Gap balance and improvement of interest degree of each criterion are qualitative proposals that the author would like to introduce for reference. KPIs to control gap and TQM solution for training quality management are quantitative and long- term solution mentioned for his future research as well.
