Isi artikelE-learning is a new training tool to reduce time and cost. Although information system successes have been widely studied, the effects of employee perceptions of such systems' qualities (e.g., information, system, and service qualities) and their effects on satisfaction toward e-learning still remain unclear. This study develops a partially integrated model of the D&M IS Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model. A survey was conducted within the largest steel manufacture company in Taiwan and the data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to verify the research model. The results indicate that the influences of different perceived qualities are not the same. To establish an effective e-learning system, higher levels of perceived qualities are required to achieve a higher level of satisfaction by different paths. The theoretical and practical implications of this study demonstrate the effects of perceived qualities with regard to satisfaction with e-learning systems.
