The article delineates the essential constructs of nonlinear dynamical systems, a vying paradigm to logical positivism, and discusses the implications of this paradigm on the domains of IHRM research. The article concludes with musings of how IHRM scholars can best prepare for and adjust to this Kuhnian - like shift in the social sciences.
