Renewable energy is prosperously developing, and its effects also reach electricity industry. This study based on multi-level perspective (MLP) Technological Transition [1], to explore the evolution Electricity Power Energy Portfolio in Taiwan. By a longitudinal case study of Taiwan, this paper found that socio-technical landscape faced serious environment problems, and forced society to have some activities for sustainable development of our earth. It can be fitted the topology of Geels and Schot [2], and its evolution followed up the path of transformation with a diversified electricity power energy portfolio.
