Today, Innovation shall be viewed across all economic sectors and industries. Markets for technology are increasingly important for the circulation of knowledge. Patents play a pivotal role in the development of technology transactions. Services are new subject matter for patents. We need to identify whether company’s existing patents portfolio is well fitted to the right technology development direction, in turn, leading to the economic performance in the market. We extracted random patents of some companies and used two step clustering analysis. We clustered patents by business model components standards and take ANOVA Analysis. In the Statistics, there is a distinction and we are classified by a nine business model components. Thus, the nine business model components are important valuable of BM classification.
