Entrepreneurship is one of the requirements which determine the progress and decline of economies, because the field of entrepreneurship has the freedom to work and to be independent. This entrepreneurship is able to create new jobs to be able to employ labor. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the high interest of entrepreneurship which is owned by an education student of Economics Faculty of Teachers Training Education, the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Hamka. This study uses population, samples and other data. The result shows that interest in entrepreneurship of students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Hamka is quite high, equal to 81.25% (the students of 2007 to 2010)
