Isi artikelThis study aims to present a theoretical model of users’ IT switching and empirically test the model with survey data of feature phone users in Korea. Structural equation modeling is used for data analysis. The results indicate that users’ switching intention is determined by their expectations regarding the new technology and dissatisfaction with their current technology. User Satisfaction is influenced by disconfirmation of previously held beliefs regarding ones current technology. At the same time, social influence and personal innovativeness are revealed to be significant antecedents of user switching intention.
