Isi artikelIn the wireless communication industry, technical service suppliers develop element technologies with the technical-service support software in order to ensure the level of service quality and productivity. The purpose of this research is to develop a measuring model to design quality of technical-service support software for enhancing fitness for use. The measuring model includes engineers' evaluation structure based on their task recognition and indicates influencers on fitness for use to specify software quality. The six case studies imply that what quality element is effective to improve fitness for use. It is demonstrated that introducing the dimensions of the task recognition contributes the intimate analysis of engineer’s requirement for technical-service support software. Furthermore, it is found that "Information believability" is effective to improve fitness for use on the software. Finally, application of the measuring model provides useful information for software quality design.
