New information and communication technology (ICT) equipment that connect to the Internet have been introduced into the market owing to the development of Internet technology. The development of ICT equipment and their penetration into the market continues to increase each year. Therefore, it has become additionally important to contemplate on the nature of ICT services being planned for the future. In this study, we have mentioned the differences among the various methods of creative thinking. Thereafter, we have proposed a method that effectively creates ideas for planning new ICT services.
