In a precedent study , “Model for Designing Rehabilitation Training Program” for patients , developed by regarding this issue as an issue of “matching needs-seeds” was presented. There is ICF as a point of view how therapists evaluates patients in rehabilitation. In a componentry of ICF, there are "The Ability" and "The Functions". Some problems were found when I reviewed a model from the viewpoint of Ability and Function of ICF and understood that an evaluation system was not cyclopedic. Therefore I built the evaluation system and the training system of the person of training object from the viewpoint of Ability and Function by a discussion with doctors and therapists of the both hospital for acute period and convalescence.
