Aging society is advancing and more attention has been focused on long-term care. In Japan, the Long-Term Care Insurance System was established in April 2000. One of the services included in the insurance system is designing care plans by care managers. Care to elderly is provided based on these care plans. It is a problem that designing care plans depend on care manager’s experience and knowledge. It is essential to establish methodology by which care managers design care plans.
