The worsening of business conditions is accelerating more than ever. The aim of this study is to devise and evaluation of the management quality a method for extracting business challenges and counter measure. In this study, we used TF-IDF and LSA method which are text mining technique. As a result, we made a figure of time series change of main business challenges and counter measures, characteristic sentence, company group and extracting main business challenges and counter measures every company group. We are useful for decision making of the corporate strategy for a company by using this study.
