Isi artikel
In the hospital, medication incidents are regarded as a major problem, and it is important to prevent incidents caused by error in the course of medical treatment. Therefore, while ‘to err is human’, it is desirable to reduce the frequency of process errors which result in medication incidents. In this study, we suggest means of improving the medication processes by comparing the operating procedures of several hospitals. In order to effectively compare the operating procedures, we will propose a methodology for analyzing the medication incidents and clarifying the comparison objects.
