S. Business and Economic Studies in 1990. The speaker stressed the importance of the concept called ‘technoglobalism’ to overcome the worldwide environmental problems as well as to sustain the development of the world economy. He also commented that the U. S. and Japan should cooperate further from the viewpoint that the achievements in science and technology are the international common assets for mankind.
