Growth of any enterprise depends mainly on one of the important resources the human resources. The development of human resources in the enterprises can be effectively done by continuing engineering education at all levels of management. Continuing Engineering Education (CEE) thus embraces all the processes of education that one undergoes throughout a working life and which have a relevance to the practical problems likely to be encountered in one’s career. CEE, not only refreshes and updates the specialized knowledge of the professionals, but also broadens this knowledge to include related fields. It provides a stimulus to keep oneself intellectually alive and creative.
