This article introduces the whole-process of PDCA circulation by means of integrated information system, which promotes the improvement of enterprise quality management. This article also presents the practice of improving the customer services by using the e-commerce platform. A brief introduction of the Benefit Forecasting System, which supports the management and control of the Company’s Operation Process, is made as well.
