Isi artikelMeasuring the performance of the company has an important role for companies to find out how far the company's current performance. PT. Manunggal Karya Prima Sukses currently still using performance measurement in financial terms only, in case there is another important factor to consider in assessing a company's overall scar. For that company's performance appraisal system needs a more complete to asses the performance such as good employee performance, both from the expertise and resources to customer service escalation. By using the Balanced Scorecard in a decision support system performance measurement company can help companies with all aspects of performance measurement that interact within the company, and the time required is much faster than the manual process of the performance measurement. In this study the results of global calculations, found that good performance is the financial perspective is 39%, while performance is less learning and growth perspective is 11% of performance results, can help companies in planning an effective program of work and are useful for the next measurement period. Using AHP for determining priority perspective used for priority in the next period of escalation in the performance of the four perspective of BSC is balance.
