This thesis aims to analyze whether compensation and motivation affect employee loyalty with job satisfaction treated as a mediation variable at Vivo Indonesia Company. This thesis used a convenience sampling method and examined 391 respondents, who are actively working at Vivo Indonesia Company. This thesis was using SEM (structural equation modeling) due to the complex and stratified hypotheses. It used quantitative methods, with data processing using SMARTPLS as a tool. The findings of this thesis show that compensation, motivation employee, and job satisfaction affect employee loyalty. Moreover, the finding shows that the result of data processing with or without putting the job satisfaction as a mediator variable would give a different number. This may explain the power of job satisfaction (Mediator) variable in the adopted model. |
