Balance Scorecard is a system that balancing a measuring instrument which only has the dimension on financial measures and non financial as well as external and internal measurement in measuring the corporate performance. The aim of this research is to find out the perspective of the customers, the internal business process and the learning and the growth in measuring the corporate performance. The method of writing is based on library studies and other related data. The collected data was analyzed descriptively. The conclusion of this research is that the perspective of Balance Scorecard is viewed from non financial factor; can balance the short term as well as long term goals.
