This paper discusses the influence of correlation of the human development index, GDP, education index, and the population of Banten Province to develop the concept of equitable regional development, particularly in Banten Province. Method of data mining algorithms and other comparative approach J48 algorithm, such as Bayesian Networks and NNge, used in this study to check the value of each attribute from the existing data. Attribute value tests are performed using the Weka version 3.6.4, and show the accuracy of the dataset being tested around 91-94%. From the results of this test obtained a decision tree that will be used as decision support in the development of concept maps equitable regional development. Decision tree is used as a statistical measurement of a regional dataset in order to determine the condition of regional development. Implementation of the sets of statistical data of the province of Banten in 2009 with the results of the test, shows that there are two districts which still requires the MAXIMUM handling in the process of equitable development, namely, Pandeglang and Lebak.
