Presentation of Case Dr. Sheila L. Arvikar (Medicine): A 52-year-old woman was seen in the neurology clinic at this hospital because of asymmetric sensory loss and paresthesias in both arms and legs as well as impaired dexterity. The patient had been well until 5 months earlier, when her hands and feet gradually began to feel as though they were wrapped tightly in bandages.
