Based on the reality on the ground and the the growing issues of concern, the causes of the things mentioned above are as follows: That the power of the judiciary in Indonesia is not yet running as it should, i.e. the creation of judicial authority that is free and impartial as a condition for upholding the state law. That the factors that affect the independence of judge is, the integration of judges, judges who lack adequate education, legal substance, the welfare of judges, and mutation of fair judge.
